Terrible experience, never engage with them.

Such a frustrating and unpleasant experience with this rental group. Our estate agent was lazy, uncommunicative and disrespectful. She would schedule inspections or viewings for new tenants less than 20 minutes before they were due, would not respond to emails/messages and did not even appear at our exit interview. She never once apologized for her behavior.

At least once she scheduled viewings with new tenants a) without telling us and b) without pitching at all, meaning we were forced to show these poor strangers around our flat which we had not even prepped for a viewing. Will never do business with them/her again, was a horrible experience.
