Terrible Customer Service

I am a tenant renting a luxury house from Rawsons Kyalami. After meeting the agent, Nirvan onsite more than a month ago, 3 issues has still not been resolved. WhatsApp messages are simply read and not rep**** to. Phone calls are not answered or returned. Endless emails has been ignored. A month later, paying nearly R30k per month, and I am not worth his time. Terrible terrible service.
