Terrible and Pathetic Service

This is to express my deepest disappointment and displeasure in relation to the poor service I endured in hands of Marius Foot, who is the Sales Partner for Rawson Properties Brackenfell/Kraaifontein. The man was extremely rude and impolite towards me and demonstrated no remorse for that. Experience is not enough in the place of work particularly when it comes to interacting with people, and Maruis is a true example of that. If not observed, people like him have a potential to **** the business. I called him in connection with the property I saw in Northpine at Brackenfell, upon our conversation I said “hello can you hear me” and his reply was “Yha talk what do you want”. As I was explaining the reason for my call I could hear he was agitated, then I said to him “Why are you grumpy, why are you angry” but he ignored me and insisted that I talk. At that moment, I told him that “This is not the way to speak to a client, you are rude” I further told him that he must change his attitude towards clients if he wants business. I even told that “I’m not sure if I still want to do business with you”, with the hope that he would come back to his “business senses”. What infuriated me more about his rudeness was his reply when he said to me “Yha and everyone can hear you in the office”, and dropped the phone on my ear. This man is extremely rude and his telephone etiquette is very unfortunate and ill-fated. What frustrates me even more is the fact that he is the one who emailed me, and I was just responding to his email. If Maruis has a preferred type of clients then he must be clear about it, and if this matter is not urgently attended to I will further escalate this.
