Stay away from Rawson's Ballito

I let out my property using Rawson's Ballito as a managing agent. They provide me with a tenant that had a Judgement , I felt sorry for his kids and still accepted the tenant . Rawson's did not perform a pre inspection before the tenant moved in. The tenant damaged my built in cupboards, the buried dead carcass's on the property, damaged my awnings ,left paint stains on the kitchen and living. They broke the oven , and bypassed the electricity meter only using R200 for an entire month. When I raised this with Rawson's Ballito ,providing sufficient evidence and photos, Rawson's Ballito just wanted to give the tenant back his security deposit without any accountability from their side. I asked the Rawson's Ballito for the CEO contact details and was refused. The property is only 2 years old.
