Serious lack of professionalism

I work for an engineering company and we terminated our lease for a house in Musina for our employees but I have been struggling for weeks to reach ANYONE at Rawson to get oustanding invoices as well as information to pay the outstanding electrical bill. Both the retail agent's cellphone as well as the office land line are permanently busy or off and the only response I got on e-mail was with a lot of bad attitude and a serious lack of professionalism. I will never recommend any one to use Rawson for any form of business.
