hi my name is Ntuthuko Mfusi..June 2014 my friends and i were looking for a place to stay, so we searched on gumtree and we found an ad that was advertising a two bedroom flat. so we contacted the number that was attached which was a Rawson real estate agent called Mark<br> after contacting Mark we schedualed for a viewing for the apartment. mark arrived in a Hyndai suv that had rawsons stickers on it, with a number plate 'BRN2SELL'. mark told us that we cant go inside the apartment because he doesnt have the key on him, but looking outside we liked the place since it was in the preferd area<br> then mark told us to put down atleast a portion of the deposit to sercure the place if we are really interested in it so we gave him R3000 on hand..then told us he is going to contact us in three days for the paper work..<br> after three days we called and he didnt answer at all..thats when we saw that we were being ****. then september when we went to rawson in glenwood, told them the story then a lady told us that this is not the first time hes done it infact he is not an agent he's father is..so when we contacted he's father he chased us away rudely and threatend us with lawyers..please help
