DO NOT RENT YOUR PROPERTY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!I am absolutely disgusted with Rawsons property group Northcliff. I see I am not the only one. I have been **** to and ignored. All requests made by myself the property owner are disregarded. Notices aren't sent to the tenants as requested, property inspection request ignored. I was **** to about what changes and additions have been done to my property by the agent...which was a breach in contract by the tenant. They actually couldn't care, they just take the money every month. They do not act in the interest of the property owners. I am now going to the PPRA. Absolutely ***********, please don't use them for rentals or otherwise.
