Rude unproffesional agent

I am utterly disguisted at a certain estate agent. Marjan Battheu.this agent has no knowledge of me or have even personally contacted me yet she made a voicenote on my whatsapp stating i am a bad person for not paying someone on friday to rent a place from her. Without first checking her facts. And then block me when i ask who her superior are. Seems like many people think they can do what they want treat people like **** because their is no head office no superior no nothing i am however going to report this to the board.
