Rude staff

So, our lease expired on the 30th of April at the property that we were renting through Rawson properties Port Elizabeth. Already stressed ️due to other rental agencies not coming back to us concerning other properties we asked if it would be possible if we extended the lease for a week or one month at most as the owner did not intend to rent out the unit immediately, just in case we didn't find a rental on time. The owner agreed and was very kind. Fortunately we found a place about a week and a half before month's end. We still had to wait for the tenants to vacate though. Now to make things more stressed, we had quite the wind storm on Easter weekend which caused some damage. A few days after this one of the sliding doors fell out frame and all. Now we did not witness this as we were busy packing, we heard the commotion so not completely sure what happened. We aren't disputing that it should come out of our deposit, so we have no reason to lie about it.

During the past week, Shireen from Rawson comes around unexpectedly. Now first off, I am still packing and running around. Everything look like a disaster hit, including me. So, she walks in with an immediate attitude. "You can't decide whether you are moving or staying."

Wanting to spark an argument about the glass door, which honestly is not coming out of her pocket so uncalled for.

On Friday we have already vacated the premises and the key had been handed over. She phones my mother who at the time was receiving treatment at Cancer care and has an attitude towards her, expecting one of us to go sit in the empty unit to wait for PG glass or some such. Excuse me, I meant to say... The unit that is Not our responsibility anymore because her time is so much more precious than anyone else's apparently.

I actually do not have a problem with Rawson to be honest but Shireen is a Rude person who has made our already stressful moving experience a lot worse.
