REPARING
My fiance and I moved into a place in Esther Park, which we are renting, the place has not been fixed as per agreement with the agent Emil Swartz. The garage is not operational, it is filled with building material and we were promised it will be fixed when we move in. The bathroom tap and washing machine outlet are leaking. The curtain rails are all broken, bathroom door is not functional, it does not have a door handle. As we contacted the agent with these problems he is not really helpful and it seems like he would rather have us move out and mind you we haven't even signed the contract because of these issues. It is really frustrating.<br>
