Rental amount paid by the tenant not yet transferred to the owners account

I entered into a contract with Rawson Properties Cosmo City, the Agent Name is Lindiwe Mabena, The Agent placed me a tenant on which I was happy of and I specified that I wanted a non managed agreement therefore early January we had a meeting at their offices to clear the misunderstanding with Rawson Cosmo City, Agent’s present was (Lindiwe Mabena,Thabang and Micheal) Confirming that I will manage my tenant, therefore rental amount for end of January 2024 and the tenant deposit will be credited to my account However till today the rental amount has not yet credited to my account I have sent an email to Lindiwe Mabena on the 5th of February 2024- no feedback received, visited their offices again on the 6th of February spoke to the lady at the reception and she said I should call Lindiwe or Thabang Then called both Thabang answered while I was with the tenant and requested proof of payment as a confirmation that the tenants paid on the 31st of January 2024, i also requested they do immediate transfer, instead he confirmed that the funds will transferred to my account within 48hrs But till today the funds has not yet been credited to my account .
