Really bad service if your a new tenant

All started off well until we got the property and asked for the keys to have the place cleaned. Agent said to us to collect the keys on Friday (week before official move in). Agent only got back to us on Friday afternoon and we could not arrange the collection. We then hoped to collect the keys on Saturday. Could not get hold of the agent (her phone battery was dead was the excuse). Then battled to get hold of her on Sunday and had to speak to her manager to get her to give us the keys. I collected it as their offices. We still have not done the inspection for move in and another agent, we were told, would do this for us. We went to the place on Sunday just to find the gate remotes do not work. We wanted to clean the place this week but still don't have access. We phoned the agent who would meet us and she told us that she was not told about the inspection. really had a bad attitude and we are still stuck with no access to the property and could not clean the place and I had to move the DSTV installation date.
