RAWSONS , CONSTANTIA ( PLUMSTEAD ) Please be advised- DO NOT even consider using this rental division !!!! Neither the agents nor the admin staff are trained or respond to "incorrect information / dates on lease agreements " a large deposit was paid long before this was due -as for the "ingoing inspection???? "we had to employ a cleaning company to clean the property before we were able to place ONE item in the cupboards...yet we were told by the agent that this was a TWO HOUR app she had to complete !!! JOKE The agent ran up & down with more & more documents - these documents are standard procedure , presented upon signature of the lease...we are still awaiting an invoice . a correction / amendment of all the errors pointed out to the agent & the admin ....but no response.
