Please do your homework when purchasing a property as these estate agents do not have a clients best interest in mind, only the money in their pocket is of their concern. Once they receive YOUR money they will be of no service to you. Poor communication and poor knowledge is their best attribute. Dolly of Rawsons property will never have my respect for the manner in which she conducts herself and the treatment she has given us. There is no sense of business etiquette or customer service from this company , they defend their ************ own and the client is left with another bill in the end.

In my case I can recommed you please read your lease agreements throughly questioning everything, as these shady characters wont advise you on the important details , please also request property plans that are approved by the municipality and check it against the homes layout before starting any deal...this simple process will not be afforded to you otherwise.
