Rawsons properties not protecting their potential clients
I signed an otp from rawsons with one of their agent, when the bank(nedbank) called i declined the bond application, i then emailed the agent at rawsons to tell him i am not interested to continue buying the house anymore. I then kept on receiving emails from the attorney of seller of the house advising that i continue to buy the house. i should sign the transfare papers of the house and that i should pay R53100. i also informed the attorneys that i am no longer interested to buy the house. the seller of the house took me to court. i feel that Rawsons properties isnt protecting me as a client i signed the otp with them and not with the seller of the house. currently ive been going to court and this eat my time away from work and it is emotionally draining.
