Rawson's Properties Dainfern Miserable Experience!

We were told to do a three hour exit inspection on the 31st of December 2023, after doing so we were told our deposit would be refunded within 2 weeks by the agent. We have not received any communication or been advised of any potential damages, costs ect. Absolutely pathetic service for the amount of money that was paid! I will never ever use them again, this has been the worst experience! The place in Randburg, Northwold was not the best place to live in either, throughout our time there we encounted countless issues with the property. Honestly would not recommend them to anyone.
