Rawson's Nightmare! Do Rent there!!

Renting from Rawson Northcliff is a joke. Before I signed my lease at the beginning of the year, I inquired whether the unit has any additional costs, I was told the only additional cost would be electricity. Now six months later Rawson keeps adding new additional charges to my rental invoice every month that were not agreed on. It started with 485 and now we are up to 880. The apartment is a 1 bedroom in Darrenwood but am now paying the equivalent to my previous apartment in Sandton. What a joke.
