RAWSONS BALLITO - Utterly dissatisfied. Shoddy service

https://rawson.co.za/offices/ballito-rentals Since Rawsons secured a tenant for me in 2019, I have been experiencing one challenge after the other, with them being of little or no help to me. They have from the onset had the tenant's best interest at heart. Roxanne, who was initially in charge of my account, was socializing with them from the beginning with them on the weekends. On one particular occasion, she actually humiliated one of my family representatives who went to check in on my home. I saw all the red flags but thoughts things would eventually fall into place. They have made renos which were not called for without my consultation, such as removal of grass, installation of a car port, removal of massive trees, and Rawsons did nothing about it, except say they are taking care of the home. They don't even send me statements timeously, upon my request a rushed statement is sent to me making all kinds of excuses. Tenants haven't been paying me rent for almost a year, but rawsons will continuously contact me to effect minor repairs in the home. Trying to get them out is hurting my finances. Rawsons even tried to hoodwink me into extending their lease despite them not paying rent. Wilma from Rawsons has always pitied the tenants and so as Roelf the franchisee. I am single mum with 2 kids and I am currently overseas. I will be coming back home at the end of the year, and I will have no way to stay because the tenants are squatting in my place, refusing to move.
