Rawson ballito have a such useless service and ****** attitude. They' ve been holding my deposit for over 6 months now. They dont take my case serious and im certain its because of my skin colour, thats why it doesnt concern them much. " i rented an apartment in wakenshaw estate and rawson was the agent. they noted everything that required attention and all defected things in the unit were documented, and a copy was availed to myself. When i moved out they came back with the document that we both recorded everything and agreed on what was not in order when i moved in and i was charged for. Few weeks after i enquired about my deposit until today. I have not recieve any communication or my deposit cause.
