RAWSON RAW DEAL!!

I rented a property from Rawson and signed a 4 month contract. We also purchased our new property through them. The service is so bad from beginning to end on both the rental and the purchase. I had to be refunded my deosit in February and still waiting. When I asked for my deposit I was send a ****ty e mail where they demand even more money. They are sharks they have n reason to withold the deposit and now are telling me that I made payment by the 3rd of each month and they will therefore take 900 a month as a penalty amounting to 9900. I only get paid last day bank with fnb and them with nedbank. The agents don't do anything except instruct you to do their job. We lived in the complex for over a year and 6 months thereof we coud not even use the garage. I had to ensure my vehicle and cancel my medical aid to afford the insurance I begged them to see to the defaults to no avail. By far the worst agency ever. NO invoices, NO Receipts, NO Statements and NO reason not to pay back my DEPOSIT!!
