Me and my wife rented a townhouse in Douglasdale from December 2019 through to the end of August of this year (2020). The property agent was named Virusha Gowrie. If you have the misfortune of having her as your real estate agent ask for another one or use another company. This woman was incredibly rude and unprofessional, she constantly flaked on appointment times and she never followed up on anything. The onus was always on us to progress anything.

As if all this wasn't enough she alone was responsible for us receiving our deposit several weeks after we were supposed to, as she did not send the exit inspection-related documents to the landlord for two whole weeks.

I resent the way she treated my wife and I would probably have left well enough alone, were it not for the fact that this woman can treat people like this and continue working while millions of other people are unable to even find a job. It is for this reason that I had to write this review.
