Rawson properties Pretoria north

I have handed over my property for a rental agency rawson property Pretoria north in May 2018 the franchise owner Mr Naval Malatjie. no lease agreement was supp**** to me, the tenants complained about minor plumbing and the damage to the carpet i requested the agent to fix that in the first two months with rental money. to date he has not fixed the damaged as no invoices were submitted to me for approval. to date the tenants has accumulated debt of R18 000 in Electricity and i am still owed three months of rental. they claiming the electricity consumption it was accumulated by the previous tenants but i have proof that when their tenant moved in the electricity and water bill was R40.00. through my lawyer we reported the matter to the main franchisee who is not willing to cooperate which leaves me no choice but to report it to the housing board for mediation.
