So exit inspection is done and the agent confirms that everything is in good condition, neat just a minor scratch on the walls. Few days later i receive an email that my damage cost R4000?? What damage if on inspection everything was in order. They pretend to care about u while u still an occupant but when they realise they losing a client they come with stories because u supposed to be getting your deposit back. Don't tell me everything is right and when I'm gone u say a different story its called joint inspection for a reason. So the fact that we didn't use the same person they use to re paint is a problem. Please show me on your leasing agreement that specifies that we need to use this specific person!!! U pay very well throughout your entire term and when u supposed to pay me back it's a problem. It's funny that there were no comments from the caretaker on inspection while he's supposed to know everything.
