Rawson Properties (North Riding ) - more like ******* Properties !

I would like to share my extremely poor experience with Rawson Properties Northriding , The sales agent is Rachel Rensburg and Taryn Steven the Franchisee for Northriding is extremely rude , they ***** from customers to grow their business ! They have requested deposit before moving into a property and the premises was infested with roaches upon moving in , when moving out they require an exit inspection . The sales agent and myself were present on inspection and we noted the repairs that needed to be done to the property , however they are so comfortable with ***** that it’s really sad to know that there are still individuals that conduct business this way . They have charged me R80 each for 2 wash basin plugs which cost R15 max and upon inspection there was only one basin plug missing on which I agreed to , furthermore they have sent a quote through with no contractor details listed on the quotation which renders the quote invalid for repairs . I had already done the repairs to the property before moving out yet they over charged me ! To replace a hinge on a kitchen cupboard door , a scorch burn which could be removed with cleaning aid and two wash basin plugs the black rubber plugs which costs around R15 max , the total amounted to R2230.00 . I would like to know how do you people sleep at night knowing that you have taken from decent people trying to also get by ? I have sent Taryn numerous emails regarding the INVALID QUOTATION AND THE EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE WASH BASIN PLUG and believe you not I have received no response . Good people ****** still exists ! You get treated like trash if you are not a certain skin color in South Africa and Rawson North Riding is the best Example . Pathetic Service and staff !
