Rawson Properties manipulated me!

A year ago I approached Rawson properties looking for my first house with my wife and a year after the purchase my wife and I are still paying the price for such a shody and messed up deal.

Being a young couple and first time buys, Rawson rushed us into buying a property they didn't fully explain to us and they took advantage of our inexperience. They didn't guide us or make the process seem unstressful. I was constantly receiving emails of "congratulations your a home owner" but I hadn't even received a document to sign as yet. They pushed us to getting a bond even though the property had issues. - they didn't disclose the structural issues with the property and the bad condition everything was in. - We now have to rebuild the balcony that is about to collapse. - Redo the whole kitchen and bathroom. - And have a geographical report done on the area in order to reinforce the building.

I don't want to rant on too much but overall Rawson cheated us bug time and we didn't know better until later.

Needless to say after being homeless for a year even though we "owned a home", my wife and I are going looking to buy another house and Rawson properties is far off my list.
