RAWSON PROPERTIES IS TERRIBLY BAD, *******, ABUSIVE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS

Rawson properties in Florida is a terrible company. Their service sucks, they have no respect for their clients. All they care about is money. I app**** for a house for rental and it was approved. The day i moved in there was a shortage of water, the pressure of the water was so bad that it took 1hour and 30 minutes to fill the bath at times the water would not come out and there was a terrible leakage in the bathroom and kitchen. I reported this and the agent Mrs Lerato Mbele started threatening me and told me that if I decide to move out she will not refund my deposit and she called me a bully for complaining about the bad service, shortage of water and leakages that damaged my furniture. On the 4th January 2021 instead of resolving the issues she chased me out of the premises and she still threatened not to pay back my deposit. I went to the Rawson offices and the manager gave me a day to pack my things and go he did nothing about this.
