I stayed in an apartment managed by them, however decided not to renew my lease as the apartment was damaged and had a damp causing mold which was damaging my belongings. Now that I have moved out they do not want to pay my deposit refund back even though I did not damage anything. Instead the person who is responsible for my account named Carol Mabuza is now ignoring my emails and calls. RAWSON PROPERTIES is a **** when I moved in the house didn't have a working toilet I couldn't use the toilet for 2 days, curtain rails were broken so I couldn't put curtains on, the stove was not working properly and the door had a huge gap underneath.
