I would just like to take this opportunity to formally commend Rawson properties on their service. Especially Mynhardt Maree, We started looking for a house on property24 and contacted him regarding a property we saw listed, he contacted us immediately and asked for specifics of the house that we were looking for. After answering his questions he sent us a bunch of different properties that we couldn't even find listed on property24 but on the Rawson website. We went and looked at one house and we fell in love immediately. His service was impeccable and his knowledge about the property as well as properties in general really impressed us. He did the most for us and really went above and beyond for everything we asked for and we couldn't be happier with his services. We also spoke about the current place that we are living in and told him that we were thinking of selling it but we were not too sure, he said that he would make a proposal and evaluate the property for us free of charge without us being obligated to decide to sell the house. Two days later he came by and gave us the evaluation of the property that was set out very thoroughly and we were really impressed with the services which led us to decide that we want to sell the property. He sold the house in one day and we couldn't believe it because we thought the process was going to be much longer, not only did he help us as buyers but also as sellers and we really can't recommend his services enough. He was there with us every step of the way and didn't mind calling us any time explaining anything and keeping us updated on the process, his service was exceptional and very professional we are very impressed and would recommend his services to anyone asking.
