If I could id give it a - 10!!!!!!!!

We are disgusted in the customer service we have received from a shocking Rental Manager from Rawson Properties Edenglen. She is more worried about getting her damn commission and going back on her word. She is absolutely useless. She doesn't show up for inspection- she has no concept of the English language ie. doesn't know the difference between TENANT and OCCUPANT- she is useless at her job and has no recollection of the meaning LEGAL DOCUMENTATION- she doesn't follow the correct procedures and always has hidden information- she isn't willing to stick to her word - all she is interested in is getting her part of the money!!!!

We are still without the keys we paid for! We are still without proper paperwork of which was promised.. she blames her lack of efficiency on a new admin girl! Please lady take responsibility for you poor work efficiency and poor common sense. !!!!!
