Rawson Properties Downfall

Years ago I sold my house via Rawson and it was a professional and efficient company. So when we again wanted to sell we went back to them. Oh my God, how the mighty have fallen. It's like pulling teeth and I heard that they have a bad reputation in the industry for *****ing other agents clients. They do not return emails or calls and if you look for assistance at their Head Office you are waisting your time. Half the time there us nobody there and the other half are hopeless. No client complaints devision and no customer care. It's all about the commission and nothing else. What a dissappointment. Do yourselves a favour and avoid them. They come across all helpful but they are not.
