This goes out as a warning before deciding to make use of the services of Rawson Properties Brackenfell/Kraaifontein

Please don't be fooled by the "Number 1 Sales in S.A" and "People's person" speeches. They are out to suck every cent of you and as soon as the sale is through, not care less to help AT ALL. This happend TWICE to me. Two house sales in a year's time.

When I tried to bring this to the agent's attention that more help could be given after the sale with the next owner too, I was told by the agent that I am a dark person.

It now continues with wanting to take legal actions against me being falsely accused of being ******* because an electrical certificate isn't right because everything was apparently not done according to the next owner's electrician.

Just don't guys. Stay away and find someone with the right intentions for you as client.

(I would like to also mention this agent kept on bringing potential buyers to my house after asking several times that I wish to continue with a private sale and advertised privately. You can imagine the amount of guilt for signing for this sale and not putting my foot down earlier.)

Ek was uit gejaag soos n sleg hond deur vlg eienaar wie geweier het vir okkupasie huur reel, wat veroorsaak het dat ek dubbele kostes moes betaal aan moving company om op n sondag aand te trek na ek toe eers die sleutel van vlg plek kon kry en ek deur die aand aleen ook moes op en af ry sondag aand en maandag oggend. My goed het ook buite gestaan Maandag oggend. Die agent was nerens betrokke tot nou om vir haar op te staan en my en prokureur te epos oor regstappe teen my te neem. Ek het voor dit SOVEEL HEL gehad oor die dak ens ens deur haar waar hy eenvoudig my gedreig het van kommisie nogsteeds claim as ek die sale probeer stop. Dis DISGUSTING to say the least.
