Rawson properties is the last place you want to go to, I’ve had 3 very disappointing sales and purchases. My fault for not changing but I was talked into the transactions. I know that everything in cape town is so slow but 1 year to get a transfer is absolutely absurd even in these times. Once they have their commission they don’t care so try to stay away from them
