Rawson properties

I was contacted by an agent representative of Rawson Properties based in Florida Johannesburg to assist me in selling my property during August 2023 but he moved into the house and is now refusing to move out. He is not paying anything His family is using R2000 water every month and my rates and taxes is now at R44000
