Terrible service. Nearing the end of my lease I was never checked up on in order to find out if I was renewing my lease agreement or not. After moving out, the exit walk through wasn't arranged. After spending a lot of time cleaning I get called and told that the place is a mess and they want to hire a **** to clean up and it must come out my deposit even though I cleaned up and when I moved in it wasnt exactly up to standard. Poor communication and terrible service. Never had a problem like this in the past and this was my first time leasing a property under Rawson. I won't be making that mistake again.
