Rawson over promise and under deliver!

We contacted Rawson last year Jun regarding leasing our house. At first they were very professional and helpful. We were promised by the agent Robbie that he will look after our house like it's his own. We will be in Japan for 2years. Needless to say. That didn't happen. After only 2 and a half months the tenant gave notice. And they couldn't bother to get a new tenant. We also found out that the tenant signed the lease in her company name and not in her name. So, there was really nothing we could do about it. Surely Rawson are suppose to have picked it up. When the tenant moved out Rawson did the so called inspection. I was lucky enough to be in SA in Dec. to go and check myself. And there was alot of things wrong and broken they just tick the list as if everything was in order. Was the paying them and they don't deliver the basic service of leasing your property and looking after it? Will not recommend them at all.
