Rawson not interested in getting me my deposit

I rented a property through Rawson Welties from 1 December 2013 to 30 November 2014. The owner of the property Linda Dalla Venezia has not returned my deposit and its been 2 months since I moved out. After dozens of messages to her requesting my deposit and only getting a response that I will get my deposit with no indication of when, I contacted the agent on the property at that time. All in have been able to get from her was that she can't get hold of the owner. There is no interest in this situation. Nobody is trying to help me. Nobody cares. At the end of the day, I paid the deposit of R12000 into Rawson's account and I expect Rawson to pay me back. Everybody is ignoring me. I'm tired. I want my R12000 back. It seems that I am expected to just forget about this because agents and landlords treat our deposits as a 13th cheque. I want my deposit back. This is disgusting service. I trusted Rawson and I trusted Linda Dalla Venezia. I'm sorely disappointed. But I'll take this to the next level if need be. I'm not walking away and forgetting about this.R12000 is R12000. The contract says my deposit was held accumulating interest. I want it all. Rawson needs to honour their part.
