Rawson Northcliff - Incompentent ***** - AVOID

Rawson Northcliff is deeply ***********, ********* and serial *****. We have been without power for 2,5 days because they have been paying the council late, short or not at all. They refuse to take any responsibility, avoid answering any questions that cast them in a bad light, offer up a million and one excuses as to why this has happened when in fact none are true.

From the moment we moved in we have had problems. They didn't clean the house, one year later the snag list is just ignored, no house inspections. We cleaned the house and carpets ourselves because they were just too desperate to get tenants in and start collecting cash. The previous tenants had turn the house into *** sty.

We have been asking for months that electrical work and the like be seen to, we hear nothing back. Cathy Smit only responds when it suits her or if her ego gets bruised.

I am sure Rawson's will come back with some comment about "oh well we're a Franchise and we take this seriously... " - nonsense. Looking at all the complaints on here its clear they have done nothing about this delinquent lot for years and being a franchise means nothing to me. You gave them your brand, it's your brand that is currently causing endless grief and reputational harm.

Avoid these people like the plague, unless living in squalor is for you.
