Horrific customer service and extremely rude staff. All smiles and butterflies until you have signed an offer to purchase, then the attitude turns to "you are not my customer, the seller is, so ***** you and your needs." Suspected collusion with transfer attorneys to milk buyers for occupational rent. Do not enforce contractual obligations of the seller. When I moved into my new house it was absolutely filthy, when I cleaned the carpet cleaning machine it looked like pure mud being poured out. If you are thinking of buying a house thru these revolting people, think again, ask the seller to move to another agency before you purchase.
