RAWSON NORTH RIDING

RAWSON NORTH RIDING is a Franchise owned by Taryn Steven.

She has to be the rudest person I have ever come across in my life.

I signed a one year lease for a property in North Riding. It was signed by one of her agents JC Potgeigter who was not in possession of a valid estate agent licence at the time.

The place we as vacant for many months and there were serious flaws especially the kitchen which was falling apart, punch mark on back door,etc etc.

I signed the lease with the 4 conditions that were to be addressed BEFORE I moved in. Never happened.

I eventually receive back a full signed copy of the lease and noticte that one of my conditions has been just stroked off and countersigned by the agent BUT THEY NEVER DISCUSSED IT WITH ME, so my countersignature wasnt there.

I spent the next year basically fighting with this woman and eventually hired an attorney but had to let him go as she had an answer for everything. Her Manager, attorney, handyman were all family members.

She is now with holding my deposit and had the audacity to say I know her money!!!! She has even black listed me.

I am disgusted to the core especially as I took it way up to Tony Clarke the CEO and Jacqui Savage, superior who runs the Franchise owners TO NO AVAIL.

You want to rent or even buy DO NOT USE RAWSON NORTH RIDING AND TARYN STEVEN.
