<p>I moved in to an apparently in Melkbostrand in April 2016, the place was a mess, electrics nit working broken water taps the roof was damaged windows don't close stove not working in other words the place was a wreck! When we moved in they said they will fix everything and we waited until august 2016, nothing was foxed, we decided to stop paying the rent, wich got there attention and they contacted us and so we said no fixing no rent! Two months down the line they started fixing the place up, we paid all the rent and they stoped fixing the place, numerous phone calles and emails bck and forth they replaced the stove and oven, fixed the lights and fixed the bedroom windows. By that time our contract was about to finish in two months time, we inquired if they were going to renew the lease or not and they saod that they will get back to us, the only response we got from them was pn aprir the 5th saying that the contract will not be renewed and we have to find a new place, despite the less than 30 calendar days notice, we found a new place and moved in....up until today we did not receive a benny from our deposit and whenever I call the agent never answers and when he does he always got an excuse to say let me call you back</p>
