RAWSON KLOOF POOR SERVICE

There was an ad on a rental property for the Wolds at the beginning of the year. I liked it and paid all that was due, could not move in before lockdown because landlord was not ready, gvmnt had now given us a window period still i was told i cant because landlord has no storage for her items inside the house. ( how is that my issue?) all the while my money is with them but they cant tell me when i can move. I was eventually informed the landlord is not responding with dates so i asked for my money back (because - whats the point really?) . Now the property ad is up again, in the best interests of the public - im requesting that you remove it, we are dealing a lot already as a country to have to deal with uncertain agents n landlords seriously.
