Rawson Incompetence and Viewing Policy

I wanted to view a flat and the realtor on the phone gave a date and time to which I said was perfect. All I had to do was send her a whatsapp so I could get the location. Until the time of the viewing, 30 hours later, the message was not read and no location sent. I phoned and she said I had to send confirmation which was not mentioned in the initial call, and she also said she never got my whatsapp, yet when I sent the message again, both messages got read, so she was blatantly lying to me. I asked for the next viewing which I was informed of on whatsapp but now I have to fill in an application before viewing any place (again, was not mentioned initially). So now we have lying and incompetence here. Also why must I give my personal details BEFORE viewing a place? No other realtor does this. As a cyber security professional, this "policy" raises a red flag because it sounds like an easy situation to misuse private information (i.e. selling to 3rd parties without consent). If no other realtor does this, then there's really no valid reason for this policy to be in place other than for data gathering. So there's either questionable intentions or it's way more admin than necessary to view a place with you guys. Overall, the experience has not been pleasant and you have lost my business.
