Rawson Heldkruin worst ever, don't do it

Rawson Heldekruin, worst customer service ever experienced, Estelle Schutte the owner and her manager Ramani Chetty, very rude and arrogant. been renting from them for 3 years. over those 3 years had so many complaints, never dealt with. they treat you like a villain, like you are a nothing in their eyes. they will never ever give you back your deposit on a rental, they will find things that will make sure you never get any money back. trust me when i say, never do business with these people. they sell you lies to get you to enter into a rental agreement with them. but as time progresses you will realize that they never stand by their word. they string you along to keep on renewing your contract. When a dispute arises they change the story and want things in writing from you, asking you to show them when and where certain things was said or agreements was made. You try and speak to them reasonably and they are rude and arrogant, always trying to attack you, using their contract and fine print against you. the owner of this branch told me straight i can take this to the newspapers, she doesn't even care about Rawson as a brand. i am taking her advise. the behavior of these 2 people is appalling to say the least, Estelle the franchisee and Ramani the regional manager. trust me when i say, never ever do business with these people, they are shrewd and couldn't care less about you as a client. These people are a bunch of cons IMO and i am telling the public rather go with another estate agent, because you definitely will lose all of your money and still receive the worst service.
