Rawson Bullies and Con Artists

I would give them a zero if I could. So the agent wants to bully you into signing an exclusive sole mandate, and when I say bully, I mean forceful and does not listen. The more I explain that I am not interested in sole or joint mandate the more they try to talk me out of it, so best to rather not list with them. Also, their commission fees are higher than other Agencies and according to them it is because they are so wonderful, looking at the reviews and my personal experience, I beg to differ. They also want to force and manipulate you as a seller's asking price, if I say this is what I want and I explained upfront to you that I have already done research and know that I want more than what the properties are going for, respect that, don't manipulate me into lowering my price, not going to work. I had a bad experience from a Buyer's point of view as well, saw a property contacted the Agent and the agent tried to conceal that the property burnt. I suspect that is why they did not put photos of the inside of the property on the advert, fortunately for me my husband is in the insurance assessment industry and he could pick up on the pics that it burnt, when I queried this with the agent she was like oh no they were just making a small fire in the house that is why the burn marks are on the outside? Like really now. Be careful when choosing out there, and ask about commission upfront and compare, don't let them bully or con you.
