Rawson Blaauwberg ......croocks

<p>Cindy Taljaard at Rawson Properties Blouberg is refusing to return my deposit. Since the start never followed due processes that rental agents is to follow. This agent never did a entry inspection or annual inspections even after complaints for mold in the whole flat was reported, The only time i saw her was the day i moved out. She does not have a way of speaking to people and i do not know hoe this person is in the customer service industry as i am feeling very sorry for all the other tenants that just accepted her *****ed ways. I am kept laibel to replace painting on whalls that was never painted at the time i was in the flat and complained about it. I am kept liable too replace carpets that was not cleaned at the time i moved in. I consulted the owner of the branch who directed me to his office manager. we had a meeting where i was promised feedback and to date have not gotten any feedback from them. Cindy never even spoke about a 10 cents of my deposit she is refusing to be open to be and tell me what is happening to my deposit. I moved out on the 1st of August and to date have not received anything. I have gone to the small claims court and served her with a demand of payment letter which she refuse to sign and shouted ..."GOODLUCK" to me. It is sad to be treated like this by the very people that is suppose to be your to go person. Further more the owner and the office manager is not taking any responsiblity as they do not come back to me with any follow up information. I have pictures of the flat and the molded whalls that i had to end up paying as the owner promised to have the place painted and never followed through. Cindy forward a quote for painting of a company that is not in existance and also the quote does not give a break down i amounts, She claims that she doesnt have any pictures as her comuter chrushed.I want my money! As i have worked hard for it and paid it when it was requested. Very sad and regret ever doing business with Rawson.</p>
