Rawson Auctioneer properties

I never new that when you look to purchase a home through Rawson that you actually enter into an Auction. I was the 1st full price offer. It got held back until he had 5 offers and playing auction between myself and 2 other buyers. It surely leaves a bad taste in a persons mouth when they think they can play with peoples emotions.
