Rawson agency

I have had terrible service from rawson berea estate agency.i was trick by the agency and the seller to purchase a property with no parking facility.The gate in the property was always broken.They always reassure me dont worry two cars will fit.i have what's up messages proving it.even on property 24.they said two cars will fit.the transfer has not been concluded.the seller fixed the gate.i went to park my car in the yard found out my hatch back vehicle can't fit.they told me I signed the offer to purchase agreement and it says voetstoots.yet I have proof they voetstoots clause cant occur because they seller deliberately tried to conceal information to de***** the buyer.The deal has not been concluded yet no one can assist in resolving this issue.i was told I will have to lose.There is so many act that the law have been imposed to protect the buyer.yet rawson agency is deliberately being ********* and ignoring my right for the best interest of the seller and themself.please be very careful of this agency.poor service.there intention is to do anything for a sale.
