Property Owners: Stay Away
1. Poorly managed account in every regard<br> 1.a. Varying amounts of money deposited into my account every month due to the tenant paying erratically<br> 1.b. When asked if all monies were up-to-date I was told to \double check the numbers myself to make sure it was correct"";coupled with a lengthy e-mail about how the above are the consequences of letting a complete stranger in the building which they cannot be held responsible for.<br> All property owners should simply avoid Rawson at all costs. <br> I was told their excessive 15% pm price was for \""premium service\"" - I have yet to experience it"""
