Poor service & not resolving serious disagreemen

I employed Rawson to source, place and manage my house for rental. I was promised that the property will be well managed and looked after, through regular inspections in return for a healthy commission. I understood that all charges will be invoiced in terms of the agreement . I only realised at the end of the rental period how little was done when I decided to sell or rent the property. At this time Rawson showed little interest in finding another tenant. I realised how poorly the property was managed, how poorly billing was done and how little communication occured with the tenant.This also led to a dispute with the tenant around permanent structures being removed and a deteriorated property . After a few weeks of not finding a tenant I asked another agency for help as very little was achieved. by Rawson,they informed me the property was empty and not in a very good state. I contacted Steve end March2015 to assist with resolving the clean up and billing matters who promised that it will be done. After numerous letters, emails, smss, phone calls, etc. I still do not have any resolve. Very poor service and empty promises. Definitely not letting agents!, poor service!!!
