poor service from Rawson Paulshof

Rawson Properties Paulshof Johannesburg, i moved out on the 1st April 2019 and they have yet to give my Deposit Back, the Agent Herman is absolutely useless, after i paid the deposit and signed the lease he lost interest in assisting me, no inspection was done prior to me moving in, after numerous requests he finally just mailed me a unsigned inspection document, i moved out two years later as i wanted to get a larger place, he was not present when i moved out and finally fetched the keys from me two weeks later..after numerous requests i might ad. i went to their Offices and requested assistance from the Office manager Catherine, she called Herman in and he got extremely aggressive with me and at one point i thought he was going to assault me! she promised they would resolve the issue before the end of the week, this was two weeks ago. i have still heard nothing from them. they claim they need to get a quote on replacing a carpet, surely this should not take longer then a few days?
